The Caregiver Reset Program
A company-sponsored wellbeing program for working parents and caregivers carrying work, care, and everything in between.
Many employees are doing two kinds of work at once: the visible work they are paid to do, and the often invisible work of caring for children, aging parents, partners, family members, or the people who depend on them.
They may still be showing up to meetings, answering emails, hitting deadlines, leading teams, and supporting everyone around them — while quietly carrying stress, guilt, decision fatigue, mental load, burnout, and the constant feeling that there is never quite enough of them to go around.
The Caregiver Reset Program is a 6-week, skills-based employee wellbeing program companies can offer to support working parents and caregivers navigating the real-life tension between work, caregiving, career pressure, boundaries, and personal wellbeing.
This is more than another conversation about work-life balance. It is practical, evidence-informed support for employees who want to stay engaged at work without losing themselves in the process.

Caregiver Forward is a 6-week, skills-based employee wellbeing program for working parents and caregivers. It is designed to help employees navigate stress, burnout, mental load, guilt, boundaries, caregiving demands, and the pressure of trying to keep up at work and at home.
-
Each week has two parts:
A short piece of pre-work (about 5–10 minutes) to help you reflect and arrive ready.
A 60-minute group session where we use that reflection as a springboard, then dive into guided activities and tools.
That’s it — no long homework assignments, no extra pressure. Everything is designed to fit into the life of a busy caregiver.
-
This program is designed for employees who are balancing work with caregiving responsibilities. That may include parents, caregivers for aging parents, employees supporting partners or family members, and employees carrying significant responsibility for others while trying to sustain their own wellbeing and performance.
-
Caregiving affects focus, energy, engagement, retention, and employee wellbeing. Many employees are still performing at a high level while quietly managing stress, guilt, burnout, and the invisible labor of caregiving. Caregiver Forward gives organizations a practical, meaningful way to support employees before they reach a breaking point.
-
No. Caregiver Forward is not therapy or a replacement for mental health treatment. It is an educational, skills-based group program focused on stress management, burnout prevention, boundaries, mental load, caregiving stress, and sustainable performance. Participants who need individual therapy or a higher level of support are encouraged to seek appropriate care.
-
Topics can include stress and burnout, guilt, mental load, boundaries, emotional regulation, caregiving stress, decision fatigue, asking for support, protecting energy, and creating more sustainable ways to manage work and caregiving responsibilities.

Not unless they want to. Some people share openly, others prefer to mostly listen and reflect — both are completely valid. Employees will never be put on the spot, and will still walk away with strategies they can use.
