The Working Mom Reset is part of our Forward Foundations series: a 6-week small-group program that blends the power of community with practical, evidence-based strategies. Here’s how it works:

First: You don’t need to come in knowing what to say or what to work on - that part is taken care of. Each week, you’ll get a short piece of pre-work to help you reflect and start building momentum. Then, in our weekly session, we’ll use those reflections as a starting point and move into structured activities and tools designed to create real change. Because the sessions are guided, you don’t have to worry about awkward silences or figuring out what to talk about. Instead, you can relax into the process and focus on you.

Second: You’ll experience the kind of connection that only happens in a group. There’s relief in realizing you’re not the only one feeling guilty, stretched thin, or overwhelmed by the hidden load of work and home. In this space, you get to drop the “I’ve got it all together” mask, hear stories that sound a lot like your own, and borrow courage from women walking the same path.

Third: You’ll leave with more than good intentions — you’ll leave with tools. Every session introduces practical, research-backed strategies you can apply immediately in your daily life. From setting boundaries that actually hold, to reframing guilt, to calming your body’s stress response, you’ll finish with a toolkit that continues to serve you long after the program ends.

  • Each week has two parts:

    • A short piece of pre-work (about 5–10 minutes) to help you reflect and arrive ready.

    • A 60-minute group session where we use that reflection as a springboard, then dive into guided activities and tools.

    That’s it — no long homework assignments, no extra pressure. Everything is designed to fit into the life of a busy working mom.

  • Not unless you want to. Some people share openly, others prefer to mostly listen and reflect — both are completely valid. You’ll never be put on the spot, and you’ll still walk away with strategies you can use.

  • Life happens. You’ll still get the week’s materials and can jump right back in at the next meeting. Sessions aren’t recorded (to protect everyone’s privacy), but each one stands alone, so you won’t be lost if you miss a week.

  • The program is set up as a simple flat fee - $600 for the full 6 weeks, paid up front.

    For this very first launch, I’m offering a special 40% discount, so your total is $360. Think of it as investing in six weeks of space, tools, and support that are just for you.

  • This group is considered out of network so direct billing to insurance does not apply. I can offer a superbill after each group session that can be submitted to insurance and at times they offer partial reimbursement. I also accept HSA/FSA funds.

  • That depends on you. During the consult, we’ll figure out which option works best for your schedule. I’ll be offering morning, lunch-hour, and afternoon groups to make it as accessible as possible.

  • That can happen! If you’d like to do this program with friends, colleagues, or people you already know, I can create a custom group. We just need at least 4 people committed to make it work.
