I’m Dr. Meghan Miller — licensed psychologist and founder of The Forward Collective — and I see you. You might be a high-achieving woman who’s quietly running on empty. A parent trying to raise emotionally healthy kids while carrying a weight no one else sees. An athlete, or the parent of one, navigating the mental toll of pressure, performance, and identity. Maybe you’re all three.

My work is grounded in over 15 years of experience in mental health — including leadership, supervision, and direct therapeutic care. I’ve spent my career supporting people who carry big roles, big responsibility and big emotions. I’m also a mom, former collegiate athlete and spent more than a decade coaching gymnastics, so I understand firsthand the complexity of striving, responsibility, and the pressure to keep showing up.
I started The Forward Collective to offer something different: therapy and programs that honor your ambition and your overwhelm — your resilience and your realness. A space where you're allowed to be both capable and cared for.
