It all begins with a conversation.

Maybe you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Maybe you’re carrying invisible pressure or going through a transition that’s left you questioning what’s next.

Or maybe you’re simply craving space to reflect, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with more clarity and purpose. Whatever brings you here, individual therapy offers a space that is entirely yours.

Therapy is more than a place to vent - it’s a process of discovery. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface: the patterns that show up in your relationships, the beliefs that shape your decisions, and the goals you want to set for your life. Therapy can help you gain insight, reduce anxiety or emotional tension, heal from the past, strengthen boundaries, improve communication, and align your day-to-day life with what actually matters to you.

This work is grounded in science. Therapy is not just supportive - it’s evidence-based. Decades of research have shown that talk therapy improves mental health, boosts resilience, enhances relationships, and creates measurable improvements in overall well-being. The skills and insights you develop here can lead to long-term change, not just temporary relief.

You don’t have to navigate it all alone. You just have to be willing to begin.

 FAQs

  • Your first session is all about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and anything from your background that feels important to share. You don’t need to come in with all the answers—I’ll guide the conversation and help you ease into the process.

Once you schedule your first appointment, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to complete your initial paperwork. This includes consent forms, setting up your communication and payment preferences, and sharing a bit of your history. These forms do need to be completed before we meet, so we can use our time together as meaningfully as possible.

My goal is to help you feel supported from the very beginning—and to make the first step feel a little less intimidating.

  • There’s nothing special you need to do to prepare. Just come as you are. Some people jot down a few things they’ve been thinking about or want to talk through. Others show up and see where the conversation goes. Either way is welcome.

  • If you're asking the question, there’s a good chance it could be helpful. Therapy isn’t only for crises or diagnoses—it’s for anyone who wants support, clarity, or a space that’s truly theirs. Whether you’re navigating stress, perfectionism, identity shifts, or relationships, therapy can help you make sense of what’s going on and what you need.

  • I’m a licensed psychologist with a warm, straightforward style. I work with high-achieving women, athletes, and parents who are used to carrying a lot—often invisibly. My approach is collaborative and empowering. I bring clinical expertise, but also real-life understanding. I’m here to support your growth, not judge your path.
